From the Commissioner of e-Governance/ Chief Executive Officer, Tamil Nadu e-Governance Agency _ letter Ro.No.410/B1/TNeGA/2017, Dated:24.02.2021 ORDER :- In the letter read above, the Commissioner of e-Governance, Tamil Nadu e-Governance Agency has requested the Government to reimburse the manpower cost of Rs.3,33,066/- for the period of 7 months (i.e. 01.09.2020 to 31.03.2021) inclusive of GST to Tamil Nadu e-Governance Agency as raised by the National Informatics Centre 2. The Government after careful consideration, accepted the request of the Commissioner of e-Governance, Tamil Nadu e-Governance Agency and sanction a sum of Rs.3,33,066/- (Rupees Three lakhs, thirty three thousand and sixty six only) towards the Tamil Nadu e-Governance Agency reimbursement of manpower cost raised by the National Informatics Center for the maintenance of Post Matric Scholarship portal for the period of 7 months (i.e. 01.09.2020 to 31.03.2021). 3. The expenditure sanctioned in Para 2 above, shall be debited under the following Head of Account: “2225 Welfare of Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes and Minorities - 01- Welfare of Scheduled Castes -277- Education - State's Expenditure —- AB- Educational Concession -333- Payments for Professional and Special Services ~ 03- Special Service” IFHRMS DPC: 2225-01-277-AB-33303 (P.7.0)2 4. Necessary additional funds of Rs.3, 33,066/- will be provided in RBE/RE/FMA 2021-2022. Pending provision of such funds, the Commissioner, Adi Dravidar Welfare is authorized to draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in Para 2 to the Commissioner of E-Governance, Tamil Nadu e-Governance Agency. He is also requested to include this expenditure while sending the proposal for RBE/RD/FMA 2021-2022 to Government in Finance (AD&TW) Department without fail at the appropriate time. 5.
