CODE, D-CODE tracker, EMPLOYEE On-boarding.
PP Report analysis, etc.
Good understanding of project management activities.
Experience in handling MS Project, MS Office
Managing all PMO activities and deliverables.
Working with TAG and Technical team for profiles sourcing and interview scheduling
Project management related data collection and reporting to Management
Project status report preparation.
Updating of project related Quality data.
Support procurement by coordinating with various stakeholder involved.
Facilitate for organizing the Department specific trainings.

Co-ordinate with engineers, purchasing and build team at Hoskote to ensure delivery of
part for build, vehicle sign off.
Order office:
Takes care of department budget, billing ratio, consultant invoices, support with other
finance activities.

Collect and track Revenue data for DU.
Analyze PP reports and bring out observations.
Co-ordinate with PMs and senior delivery managers to collect forecasting data.
Track resource utilization and project expenses.
Prepare monthly performance dashboard.
Co-ordinate with HCL support teams for closure of actions.
Expertise in use of Excel.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
