Client relationship synopsis: After rebranding itself the former Aktel become Robi
Axiata Ltd. To establish its new brand and grab untapped market Robi realized that
they need a PR partner who can help them to reach larger audience. Impact PR is
the only agency to have huge experience in the telecom sector which helped them
to get Robi. The agency got on board in July 2011, the very first PR agency in Robi.
Besides day to day media affairs agency successfully mitigated more than 60 crisis
which involved support partners, policy makers as well as media. Initially Robi had
no proper guideline nor a work process that could enable them to achieve the goals
they wanted. Agency has assisted Robi to make all these guidelines and work

after 28 companies of the group. Sales volume of these concern raise significantly
