Cut the yarn, leaving a long tail. Weave in all ends.

Collar
At the upper edge, mark the first and the last stitch that are positioned right above the 34 htr from row 1. Ignore
the other stitches you have worked for the edge.
Join the yarn in the first marked stitch using colour B and 3.0mm crochet hook.

Finishing
Put on the polar bear’s coat. Weave in all ends.
Attach the wooden button to the coat.
Embroider a snout and a little mouth below the safety nose using colour D.
Embroider a little cross for the belly button on the polar bear’s belly using colour B.
