May I respectfully inform your good office the reasons why I cannot join the NEAP Professional
Development Program.
Due to my health condition, as a nearing senior citizen, I was diagnosed with hypertension, and I have
my regular check-up and medication. I have already attended Seameo-lnnotech seminars and several
programs offered by the National Educators Academy of the Philippines.
