JOINT AFFIDAVIT

OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, JUAN DELA CRUZ and PEDRO SANTOS, both of legal age, Filipinos
and residents of Quezon City, Philippines, both after being duly sworn to in
accordance with law, depose and say:

1. That we personally know MARIA OZAWA, for we are acquaintance

for a significant period of time;

2. That we personally know that she used to own a parcel of land,

situated at Quezon City, Philippines, with a land area of One Hundred Forty-
One (141) square meters, and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-
123214;

3. That on the face of the said Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-

123214, her name was erroneously entered as “MA. OZAWA,” instead of
“MARIA OZAWA”, wherein “MARIA was entered as “MA.”

4. That her real and correct Name of her father and mother are
MARIA OZAWA.

5. That we certify under oath that person being referred as “MA.

OZAWA” as appearing in the Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-123214refers to
MARIA OZAWA, to the exclusion of all other person or persons;

6. That we are not related by affinity or consanguinity to the above-

mentioned person; and

7. That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the

foregoing facts for record and references purposes.
