Answer briefly the following questions:
1. Explain the sports development team.

A sports development officer will plan and organize sports projects and campaigns in order to

get more people involved. They work towards making sport more accessible to everyone and aim

to get people living a healthier lifestyle. Sports Development Team is made up of 4-8 volunteers

who come from a wide range of backgrounds including but not limited to, high school/college

coaches and officials, professionals in the field, instructors, and representatives from sport

governing bodies and organizations, local program coaches and Special Olympics athletes.

2. How to develop a training program?

To able to develop a training program is we should do first Identify planning for training needs.

Second review adult learning principles. Third develop learning objectives for the individual and

the business. Fourth seek out or design appropriate training. Fifth plan training. Sixth Implement

training programme with employees and sign off and lastly Reviewing your training programme.

3. How to prepare a swimming training program?

Swim three or four workouts each week. Three or four swimming workouts per week are ideal if

you're very busy and are seeking a healthy variety in training.

Alternate types of workouts. If possible, schedule similar workouts several days apart to allow

your body time to recover.

4. What is threshold training in swimming?

Anaerobic Threshold, in swimming, is the fastest pace a swimmer can hold over a minimum of

thirty minutes (no breaks) while still being able to process/tolerate the build up of lactic acid.

Threshold pace is faster than the pace needed to build their aerobic base and slower than their

race pace.

5. Why the training process is the best for an athlete before competing in the competition.

The intellectual preparation of the athlete is designed to develop the ability to accumulate a

relevant reservoir of knowledge necessary for successful participation in sport and you will not

be a successful athlete without proper preparation. Training process is the best preparation for
