We, the undersigned MR. GEETA DOULARAM DEWASI (PAN –

GITPD1307L), Age 47 Years, and MAHENDRA DOULARAM DEWASI
BOTH Indian Inhabitant, having residence address at GOKUL DHAM
APPARTMENT PLOT NO-26 ROOM NO- 101, SECTOR- 16
KALAMBOLI, KALAMBOLI NODE, RAIGARH, MAHARASHTRA,
410218 do hereby declare on Oath and Solemn Affirmation as under:

1. We say that my husband/father is absolutely seized and possessed

of and otherwise well and sufficiently entitled to as the Owner of
the agriculture plot being survey no. land bearing Survey No. 71
Hissa No. 12/1/2 Admeasuring 0-07-0 h.a out of total 1-05-0
situated at Village Wavanje, Taluka Panvel, Dist Raigad along with
Factory shade, all the machinery and raw material

2. We say that my husband/ father has acquired this property from

his self income and he is the bonafide Owner in respect of the
aforesaid plot and we have no claim and interest in the said plot at
present and in further during Dolaram Gevaram Dewasi’s lifetime
and after his lifetime.

3. We say that my husband/ father have transferred the Ownership

Rights in respect of the aforesaid plot premises in favor of Mr.
DEVICHAND UMEDMAL GANDHI, Mrs. SHANTI DEVICHAND
GANDHI, Mr. JITENDRA DEVICHAND GANDHI, Mr. HITENDRA
DEVICHAND GANDHI, Indian Inhabitant, having residence
address at 703, Geetanjali Appartmant, Javkar Lane Sion
Chunabhatti Mumbai-400022 and entered into and executed Sale
Deed dated 161h Day of SEPTEMBER, 2020

4. We say that as per the said Sale Deed, the agriculture plot bearing
survey no. land bearing Survey No. 71 Hissa No. 12/1/2
Admeasuring 0-07-0 h.a situated at Village Wavanje, Taluka
Panvel, Dist Raigad along with Factory shade DIST RAIGAD,

 MAHARASHTRA shall be fully owned and possessed by Mr.
DEVICHAND UMEDMAL GANDHI, Mrs. SHANTI DEVICHAND
GANDHI, Mr. JITENDRA DEVICHAND GANDHI, Mr. HITENDRA
DEVICHAND GANDHI,.

5. We hereby declare that we will not interfere in the occupation and

possession of Mr. DEVICHAND UMEDMAL GANDHI, Mrs.
SHANTI DEVICHAND GANDHI, Mr. JITENDRA DEVICHAND
GANDHI, Mr. HITENDRA DEVICHAND GANDHI and shall not
claim any rights, title interest in the said property either by self or
through agents/authorised persons/attorneys or Legal Heirs and
will make ourself available for any transfer procedure after the
lifetime of my husband/ father if required and demanded by the
buyer.

6. We say that I have made this declaration in sound state of mind

and body, without being influenced by any sort of coercion or
undue influence of whatsoever nature.

7. We say that we will also enjoy the proceed from the said sale we
are executing this declaration to be submitted to the concerned
authorities as may be required.

8. We say that whatever is stated hereinabove is true and correct and

I believe the same to be true to the best of my knowledge.
