1- HVAC System

 We shall have quantities for all existing HVAC ducts sizes.

 Existing ducts for main &branches to be Considered for new design.
 We shall have general layout and composite drawings for old design and new design to select
which size for duct we can used.
 We must consider existing locations for FCU units, and we can use all existing location.
 Calculation for Air flow shall be provided to us.
 Location for indoor units shall be coordinated with all departments.
 We can use good quality for existing thermal insulations.

2- Drainage System

 We shall have quantities for all existing Pluming pipes sizes.

 Existing Pipes (Hot Water, Cold Water& Return Water) to be Considered for new design.
 We shall have general layout and composite drawings for old design and new design to select
which size for Piping we can used in new design.
 Treatment around penetration to be considered with fire stop materials.
 Existing Drain outlets with sanitary fixtures to be considered in design drawings.

3- Fire Fighting System

 We shall have quantities for all existing Fire Fighting pipes sizes.
 Existing fire Fighting Pipes to be Considered for new design.
 Location for Sprinklers, Zone Control Valves& Landing Valves shall be considered in design
drawings.
 Location for hose reel cabinets shall be considered with architecture drawings.
 Treatment around penetration to be considered with fire stop materials.
 Existing Pumps location shall be considered in the new drawings.
 4- Chilled water System

 We shall have quantities for all existing chilled water pipes sizes .
 Existing Chilled water Pipes to be Considered for new design.
 Condensate Pipes shall be considered for new design.
 Treatment around penetration to be considered with fire stop materials.

5- Steam &LPG System

 We shall have quantities for all existing LPG pipes sizes.

 Existing LPG Pipes to be Considered for new design.
 Treatment around penetration to be considered with fire stop materials.

6- Mechanical Calculation required from Designer

 Calculation for binder

 Air Flow Calculation

8- Mechanical Drawings Required from designer

 Pressurization layout
 Fire compartmentation to be provided to reflect related items such 
as fire damper, smoke dampers.
 Refrigeration system for cold store
