RULES FOR GUIDANCE OF THE CANDIDATE

1. The examination will be held accordingto the programme previously nolified.

2. The doors of the Examination Hall vwill be opened, half an hour onthe first day and 15 minutes on subsequent days, before the time appointed for the commencement ofthe eaminaion.
Five minutes before the commencement of the examination, a Warning-Bell will be rung as a signal lor all studonts to take their seats when all candidales must lake their respective
alotted seals bearning the Roll number given in !he Admit Card.
3. Candidates shall bring their respective Admit Card and the University Registration Certificate every day of the Examination and shall produce them for inspecion, whenever required.
Candidates are liable to be expelled from the Examinalion Hal for failure to produce the Admil Card or lhe University Registration Certificate.
4. Candidate suffering from anry torm of contagious orinfectious diseases, or from any itlness or diseases considered to ba prejudicial to the ganeral body of studords under examination,
wild nol beadmitted into or allowed to remain inthe Examination Hall. Special arrangements may however, be made lor candidates who are suffering fromcertain calegories of diseases

5. Before entering the Examination Hall candidales musi deposit al a place set aslde for the purpose books notes or other incriminating materials which are forbidden for candidates to
have in their possession.. Such articles may be lefi there only al the candidales' own risk. No cipboard, except absolutaly bank one, should be Used by a candidate as a support of the
answer book during writing. Candidales found in possession of any inciminating materials(s) whle under examination in contravention of these rules shall be liable to penaties
induding exqpulsion.
6. Underno circumstances will a candidate be alowed to appearal an examination at any placo other than one approved by the University.
7. No candidate will be admitted or gien a question paper more than 15 minules afterthe examination has commencedprovided that in special circumstances the officer-in-charge may
admit a candidate who is late by not more than hall an hour. in such case(5) he/she must completo the examination within time as specified in the examination programme
8. Communication of any sorl or in any form is siricly lorbidden beween candidates and other person whether inside or outside the Examination Hall.Smoking in the Examination Halls

9. Candidates are required to sign thieir names and prove their identity as and when required to do so.

11. Candidates must not write anything on any question paper or ouher paper, or carry away any wrntling or scribblinge from the Examinalion Hall
12. Nocandidate will be allowed to leave the Examination Hall until anhour has elapsed from the time when the papers are given oul.
13. Nocandidate shallbe allowed to finaly leavethe Examination Hall withoutsubmitingtheanswer book tagged with all the loose sheets. No candidate shall be ailcwed to re-eter the
Examination Hall during the houre of examination once leaving it after submission ol he ansSwer book.
