In the islamic tradition prophets are individuals who were sent by Allah to various
Allah's message on Earth. A prophet does not have any power nor share some
divine attributes but it is consider to be chosen by god for the specific task of
teaching the faith of islam, most of them are considered messengers, also Prophets
and messengers are believed to have been sent by God to different communities
during different periods in history and the prophets of God are referred to as His
contact with a divine being and is said to speak on behalf of that being, serving as an
So basically after reading all this information and doing some analysis we can deduct
that in the islam religion a prophet is someone that is choosen by god to preach or
talk to people about the faith even though they have no powe or any supernatural

Abraham, Noah, Moses). Therefore, we can argue that Muhammad had a greater
importance among all prophets because apart from being the last prophet sent by
