THE HIGHEST COURT OF THE KINGDOM OF GOD REGARDING

THE MARRIAGE OF:
THE PEOPLE OF GOD, Plaintiff
versus THE PRINCIPALITY OF BAAL, Defendant (Incl. Baal,
Queen of Heaven, Leviathan, Jezebel, etc.)

DECREE OF DIVORCE
This matter comes before the Supreme Judge of the Highest
Court of the Kingdom of God on petition of The People of God,
the Body of Christ, the Army of God on behalf of America
a.k.a. the United States of America and all the land herein
known by any other name a.k.a Plaintiff, seeking a Decree of
Divorce from the Principality of Baal and all his cohorts and
minions, a.k.a. Defendant in this matter (Hosea 2).

The Court finds:

1. By virtue of the redemptive resurrection blood of Christ
Yeshua Hamasheach, and the fulfillment of God’s covenant
promise thereof, the Plaintiffs’ sins are all forgiven and the
verdict has been rendered in favor of the People of God,
Plaintiff. This includes all covenants entered into with
Defendant knowingly or unknowingly, before, during and after
the official forming of the country of America. The Court
recognizes the Plaintiff as the family of and in Christ, restoring
America to full favor with God.
(John 20:23, II Cor 5:18-20, etc).
2. The Plaintiff’s assertions are fully substantiated that this
marriage was entered into by Plaintiff based on lies, deceit,
fraudulent inducements and enticements by Defendant who
had neither the intention or ability to deliver.
3. Plaintiff renounces any and all right, claim, interest in any
possession jointly acquired with the Defendant during this
Marriage. Plaintiff is entitled to sole right, claim, interest in all
gifts, possessions and inheritances from Plaintiff’s Father.
Defendant is now and forever barred from title, control, use of
any such gifts, possessions or inheritance, and must now
return seven-fold all that was stolen.
4. Plaintiff repudiates any and all joint claims with the
Defendant, and requests this court to sever all relationships
with Defendant of any nature, however and whenever such
occurred, and seeks enforcement by this Court of Plaintiff’s
desire to be known by no other name than that given by
Plaintiff’s Father.
5. All offspring of this marriage are hereby released into the
sole jurisdiction of this Court, effective immediately. The
Defendant’s request for either sole or joint custody is denied.
As per the Plaintiff’s request, all claims by the Defendant to
their lives and bloodlines are rescinded.
6. The Plaintiff also seeks an everlasting restraining order
against the Defendant so as to keep the Defendant away from
all persons or property belonging to the Plaintiff.
7. The Plaintiff seeks perpetual enforcement of this
requested judgement in favor of the Plaintiff, restraining the
Defendant and releasing the Plaintiff to possess the entire
Kingdom (Dan. 7:22).

THE JUDGEMENT
WHEREFORE, this Court being fully advised in the evidence
finds for the Plaintiff and against the Defendant in all matters
material to the Plaintiff’s Petition of Divorce, and grants the
Plaintiff a Divorce and all requests set forth above. From the
Order of this Court, from and after this date, so shall it be.
