Sending Missing POD reports to 3rd parties

Are you sending out missing POD reports to 3rd parties manually, one by one? This how to shows you
how to configure your 3rd parties so you can e-mail them your missing POD report to in a
few simple steps.

An outline of what's involved:

Setup your agent contacts


Email your 3rd party contacts their missing POD report

1 Setup your agent contacts

In Parcel Perfect, go to View - Agents


Select an agent, click View/Edit and select the 'Contacts' tab
Here you can add as many contacts as you like under an agent who are to receive the missing POD report

For this report an e-mail address is mandatory Make sure the above is selected. You can ignore
the other fields

Click 'Add' to add a new contact Click 'OK' when you have added a new contact and set the report type
2 E-mail you 3rd party contacts their missing POD report

In Parcel Perfect, go to Print - PODs - Missing PODs by agent


The 7 or 9 point menu option is simply the font size generated in the report.
You can still limit the range of the report emailed out by selecting an agent range.
Select your date range and other parameters as normal.

If your routing tables are setup, this


is useful so you do not report on PODs
still due for delivery. Otherwise use 'Date'

Use this to View/Print the report for


agents not setup with contacts

Click on 'E mail Report' to e-mail all of your agent contacts the missing POD report.
The reports are generated and sent to your e-mail clients outbox.
