PAKYAW CONTRACT & AGREEMENT

CONTRACTOR.

WITNESSETH

That in consideration of the rates in the program of works to this agreement and made part hereof the parties
covenant and agrees as follows:

1) That the contractor of the rates in the program of works to this agreement for the proper and faithful performance as
described below:
Partial Payment ……………………………………………………. P23,000.00
Full Payment (Upon Completion of Project) …………. P10,000.00
Total Amount ………………………………………………………. P33,000.00

2) That the contractor shall complete the work in accordance with the corresponding plans.
