Commercial Terms
• 50% Advance confirms the Programme and the balance amount shall be paid within 30 Days from the
programme completion.
• This Proposal includes the professional fees of our subject matter experts, content developers, expert
facilitators, co-facilitators and the cost of training equipment that will be required for conducting the
training programme as mentioned in the above chart. It also includes Internet Handling Charges of
our trainers.

• This Proposal does not include the facility charges for the training programme. If we have to arrange
the facility (as per client understanding) for the training programme we do the same at an extra
administrative charge on the total bill amount of the facility provider.
• This Proposal does not include the cost for Meals and Stay. Meals and Stay (if applicable) for our team
shall either be arranged by the client, or will have to be reimbursed at actuals after the programme.
We shall provide the necessary Bills for the same.
• This Proposal does not include the Meeting Platform Charges. The Meeting Platform (Zoom / Google
Meet / Teams) has to be arranged by the Client. We prefer meetings on Zoom.

Legalities
• This Proposal is valid only for 30 Days from the Date of the Proposal.
• Cancellation Policy: In case of Cancellation Client must inform one week prior to the training. In any
other case, 50% of the training fees shall be considered for Billing purposes.
• Milastic Education Pvt Ltd assures non disclosure of confidential exchanges between the client and
Milastic. In case of grievances, complaints shall be first noted with the authorities of Milastic.
• Payment shall be made through Online Transfer or Cheque or DD (drawn on the name of ‘Milastic
Education Pvt. Ltd.’ payable at Pune). We do not support Cash in any case.
