We have a Board of Directors represented by serving Bangladesh Army Officers. We have investment offers for development of various facilities from different countries and investors. We would like to create a level playing field for all maintaining absolute ethical transparency. All investment offers are critically studied by the Concerned Facility Development Committee and Presented to the Board of Directors and AHQ Leadership for necessary approval to the suitable, feasible and sustainable offer/offers. 2. We would be very happy to continue engagement with your esteemed organization in any field of Jolshiri Abashon. Progress depends on the interest and valid response of both parties. During engagement usually we also carry out due diligence of each other. Generally following subjects are studied and discussed during initial engagements with any investors: a. Conditions about due diligence period for both parties. b. (2) Conceptual business strategy and financial feasibility study of the proposed project from investor's perspective (including a study about legal and financial win-win situations for Jolshiri and Investor). (3) Letter of assurance and commitment from Investor's Financial Partners, Financial Institutions and Banks about their investment in Jolshiri (4) Acknowledgement of your other partners (Contractors, Architecture Designers, Equipment suppliers/mobilizers, Engineering Partners, Marketing Agents, JV partners) about their engagement, role and share in the project including purchase, marketing and sales interest/plan. We shall study and consider the Investor's experience, profile, project prospect (Design concept, Conceptual area, Size calculation of all facilities/buildings, Conceptual construction schedule of each facility including complete project, Business model, Return on Investment, quality of service and its future sustainability) and factors mentioned in Paragraph 3d for approval of our Board of Directors, 4, At present we are working with the various local and foreign investors who would invest, build, ‘own and operate the chosen project. The projects where we invest are usually managed by our own resources. Few facilities of Jolshiri city have been planned and designed by ShanghiHuadu Architecture & Urban Design Co. Ltd, China (HDD). Presently we are happily inviting investment in Amusement Park, Health care facilities, Development of Educational facilities, Five star Hotel and construction/development of individual plots (G+8). It has been experienced that investors are interested in choosing their own consultant and project management service. 5. About Investment of Electricity System/ Facility Development we would like to inform you that at present we are inviting investment in this sector. Our requirement is Underground Electricity Distribution Network/system and Billing at Bangladesh Government Rate. Few other domestic and foreign investors are also proposed to develop our electricity facility. We also welcome you to Participate. Investors may design the system according to their investment plan and technical efficiency. For design we may provide you the reference A and B through e-mail, which is prepared by our consultant HDD. 6. For any visit of foreign nationals into Project Head office at Dhaka Cantonment we shall require personal Bio Data and copy of Passport for necessary security clearance from concerned Authority before one month of the visit.
