Writing Guidelines

Academic Year 2021-2022


Project Proposal Writing Guidelines
Important note about writing a proposal: Proposals are informative and persuasive writing because they attempt
to educate the reader and to convince the reader the importance of the project to be conducted. The goal of the
writer is to make the reader believe that the provided solution is practical and appropriate. In persuasive
proposal writing, the case is built by demonstration of logic and reason in the approach taken in the solution.
The effectiveness of your proposal will depend on your ability to explain the nature, context and scope of your
project.

All proposals should have all of the following sections, it is recommended that you must follow the listed order,
it ensures logical flow to your writing. It is also recommended that all proposals use headers for each section.
When writing your proposal, take care to explain your rationale and justify your choice by applying in text
citation and any major alternatives you are discarding.
Your proposal should consist of the following:

∙ Abstract
∙ Background and introduction of sponsor/client and problem statement(s)
∙ Literature review
∙ Project rationale
∙ Aims and objectives
∙ Scope of the project
∙ Proposed methodology
∙ Proposed solution and anticipated results
∙ Schedule of activities and Gantt chart
∙ References

Take care to explain and justify your choices and to use references where appropriate to demonstrate that you
are taking a scientific approach.Keep in mind that your justifications are as important as what you propose and
that you will be judged on your demonstrated understanding of the issues and ability to design an appropriate
project.

1. Abstract
A web portal that provides services for vegetables, fruits and Grain Markets.

Total Payable, Receivable,Commission and expenses are separately included in it.

We will provide them an advance level software which provides


Sales,Purchase,Expenses,Reports,and Current stocks as well.

We will deployed this on cloud in future.

2. Background and introduction of sponsor/client and problem statement(s)


● Difficult to maintain the record.
● Difficult way to calculate the commision and updating reports.
● Keep the Total Receivable,Payable,Commision Expenses on a single Screen.
● Minimize the paperwork.

● Digital Mandi is envisaged electronic commodities futures and spot marketplace.


● Solves most of the problems discussed.
● Is based on modern stock market and future market principles.
● Monetory institutions and exchange will act as enabling agents.

5. Aims and Objectives


➔ The paper investigation whether and how worksite policies can improve employe problem.
➔ Total Payable,Receivable Commision.
➔ Today’s Sale,Expenses,Collection at Single screen.
➔ Top Receivable, top Payable
➔ Payment voucher and Manage Partner include in it.

6. Scope of the Project

● In-Future we will add date-wise purchase and sale receipts.

● Add a payment voucher.

● Add supplier payment details.

● Add transition details.


7. Proposed Methodology
In our Proposed Methodology we will be using some Web development algorithms based on the
attributes of our Web Portal.

8. Proposed solution and anticipated results

● Eliminate geographical barriers through enabling digital marketplaces.


● Through future contracts, remove temporal limitations, and hedge risk.
● Alleviate cash crunch through active participation of various banking and Para-banking
institutions
