1. INTRODUCTION
Chef's 2014 film tells the story of in the Miami-born Carl Casper is the head chef of Gauloise
in Brentwood, Los Angeles. While popular with his kitchen staff and hostess Molly, Carl
clashes with the restaurant's owner, Riva, who wants him to stick to "classics" rather than
innovative dishes. Carl has a strained relationship with his tech-savvy preteen son, Percy,
and rich ex-wife, Inez. When Carl has the chance to serve prestigious food critic and blogger
Ramsey Michel, Riva demands he prepare old favorites at the last minute; Carl concedes,
leading to a scathing review. Carl insults Ramsey on Twitter, not realizing that his reply is
public, and gains a large online following. Carl comes up with a new menu that his staff loves
and invites Ramsey to a "rematch", but leaves after confronting Riva, who wants the old
menu again.

At home, Carl prepares the menu he wanted, while his sous-chef Tony serves Ramsey the
same dishes from his prior visit. Ramsey tweets negatively about Carl, causing Carl to
confront him at the restaurant and publicly berate him. Videos of Carl's meltdown go viral,
leaving him humiliated and unemployable. Carl reluctantly accepts Inez's invitation to
accompany her and Percy to Miami, where he rediscovers his love for Cuban cuisine. At
Inez's encouragement, her ex-husband Marvin offers Carl a dilapidated food truck. Carl and
Percy bond while restoring the truck and buying groceries, and Carl gives him a chef's knife.
Martin, Carl's friend and former line cook, turns down his promotion at Gauloise to join Carl,
who has reignited his passion as a chef.

Carl, Martin, and Percy drive the truck across the country to Los Angeles, serving Cuban
sandwiches and yuca fries. Percy promotes them on social media, and they find success in
New Orleans and Austin, where their daily specials include po' boys and barbecued brisket,
made with local ingredients. Back in Los Angeles, having strengthened his relationship with
Percy, Carl accepts his son's offer to help with the food truck. Ramsey visits the truck to
explain his bad review: though an early fan of Carl, he was disappointed by a meal he felt
was beneath Carl's skills. Impressed with the chef's return to form, Ramsey offers to bankroll
a new restaurant where Carl will have full creative control. Six months later, the successful
new restaurant is closed for a private event: Carl and Inez's remarriage ceremony.

2. TWO (2) ATTRIBUTES OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEPICTED BY CARL CASPER

1. BRAVE TAKE RISKS (OPEN RISK TAKER)

The risk means that it is possible to obtain the danger or loss of one person only incurring
the business. In addition, there are several types of risks such as risks that cause physical
injury, risk of financial loss, and the risk of losing something valuable such as health, social
status as well as emotions. Here it can be illustrated that the courage to take risks should be
in one entrepreneur because if the entrepreneur does not have this attitude, the risk cannot
be addressed in the business handled. In theory, the higher a risk is, the greater the returns
it gets. Entrepreneurs need to study and assess the risks to be faced as it will also provide
an opportunity to get satisfactory results in the future. Most of these thriving businesses will
encourage their management to assist and support the creative processes with other
members to ease the pressures on business risks incurred.

In the film 'CHEF 2014' this refers to Carl is one example of an entrepreneur who is willing
to dare take risks. Carl was willing to take risks while critics of the food said on Twitter about
it and told to come to the restaurant to feel the new food he would make even though Carl
knew the possibility that the restaurant owner would not allow him to do it. Carl also dares to
bear the risk of defending his limits from being treated by such food critics face-to-face.
Besides that, Carl is willing to bear the risk of opening Food Track although Carl knows the
possibility of getting customers to be difficult but he remains bold and confident that he
succeeds.

2. PROACTIVE
Proactive is the self-belief that the source of all behaviour lies in the human being himself. A
proactive person always has a purpose, a forward motion, and is oriented towards the future
this can be seen in Carl (Film Chef 2014). Carl is proactive and will not wait for opportunities
to come, Carl looks for opportunities that can help him to carry out something work. Carl has
built a Food Track to sell food cooked by him. Carl acted initiatively on market opportunities
by establishing a new environment with the Food Track that Carl had guided food treats
across the country back to Los Angeles, serving Cuba sandwiches and yuca fries. With this,
Carl's proactive Food Track has developed well in the market, and influenced competing
methods by building new demand.

3. TWO (2) PROBLEMS THAT FACING BY CARL CASPER

LOST HIS JOB AS A CHEF AT A FAMOUS RESTAURANT IN LOS ANGELES

In a film published in 2014 entitled Chef, it was known for the problems experienced by Carl
Casper as chef in the film. Carl Casper has been in trouble after a quarrel in public with food
critics, and Carl has lost his job at the famous Los Angeles restaurant. Through this, Carl
has lost his job as Chef at the Restaurant and has also made it unemployed. The quarrel
between Carl Casper and a food critic named Ramsey Michel. Ramsey Michel is not only a
critic but also a blogger on social media that makes Carl fired and also falls badly in his
career. Carl's problems continued to convey Carl had to rest and follow his ex-wife and son
to Miami to calm his mind. There Carl has found some ideas for running his edition business.

LACK OF STAFF TO MAKE THE FOOD TRACK A SUCCESS IT BUILDS.

Subsequently, Carl Casper followed Inez and his son went to Miami to calm his mind and
there began to expand his ideas to start a Food Track business. Inez told Carl to go to meet
her ex-husband Marvin. Inez's ex-husband, Marvin, offered him an obsolete food truck, and
Carl refused to accept. Because the vehicle was obsolete and bad for a long time Carl
received by thinking it wanted to start and spread his cooking throughout the country.
Afterwards, Carl Casper and his son Percy started cleaning and restoring the truck to
become Food Truck business Carl Casper even though they had problems with staff
shortages to lift the goods and clean the truck. Carl, on the other hand, cannot speak Miami
and has trouble asking for help from the surrounding community. After a few hours later
Taxis stopped at their truck spot. Carl finds the look of his best friend coming and Martin, his
friend from Gauloise, rejecting his restaurant promotion to work with Carl, who has become a
passionate and passionate chef.

4. RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE SOLUTIONS OF PROBLEMS FACED BY CARL

CASPER

The problem that Carl Casper has faced in the film Chef is that Carl suffers from a
lack of staff to run his Food Track business before the coming of his friend named
Martin. Food Track built should have staff to clean and restore the track. Carl tried to
call the community around the area to help him lift the goods he bought but they all
didn't mean the language spoken by Carl. The proposal for Carl is that Carl should
learn the Miami language from his wife because through this language can also help
every problem faced by Carl and Percy, his son.

Besides that, hiring to clean food track is also one of the recommendations that Carl
can take to facilitate his work in restoring the Food Track. This way also Carl can
focus on other things like buying goods and so on. Besides facilitating the affairs it
also saves time available. Through this regard, Carl is also able to create various
menus to give his customers a continuous liking and badly feeling like to enjoy
cuisine from the Carl's Food Track. As a successful entrepreneur, Carl should be
more open-minded and more mature in all things, through this every business built
will continue to grow and will not arise any problems. According to Kao (1995),
entrepreneurship means a process of creating something new (creative) and different
(innovative) for the purpose of creating wealth for individuals and adding value to
society and entrepreneurs is the one who goes through the process of creating
wealth and added value through incubators of ideas, compilation of resources and
subsequently implementing them. This can be seen in Carl who created his Food
Track for the food business he made to the rest of the country he visited.

aspect of our lives can be attributed to social media.  This 2014 Chef film tells of how social
