（2）Technical training：
 The technology process and layout is designed by

supplier/seller according to buyer’s site and buyer sign indicates

agreement.

 Training content: Learn the use common sense, technical

principle and maintain knowledge of the equipment, have the

basic skill to deal with general failure

 Training time: 7 days

 Training steps
 a. Learn the basic construction principle and assemble

technology at the supplier/seller production site.

b. Learn the basic usage of the equipment at supplier/seller’s

related user’s production site

c. Take part in the installation and debugging in buyer’s factory,

learn the repair skill of general failure

（3）Terms & Conditions:

1. Delivery Port: Qingdao;
2. Delivery Time: 30 working days to Qingdao Port;
3. 3. Payment Term:
（1）Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight
（2）100% T/T in advance (30% Deposit for arranging producing, and
balance rest 70% before shipment);
4. Supplier offers technicians for installation and adjustment guide, cost
will be charged by purchaser. ($120 labour fee per day.7-10 days usually)
1 Engineer, China transportation cost and air tickets go and back cost
will be paid by purchaser;
All destination local accommodation and local transportation costs will
be paid by purchaser.
5. Quality Guarantee: 2 year. Except thyristor & Capacitor Cabinet
6. Price Validity: 30 days.
