Quality Objectives for Year 2021

1) To achieve more than 75% customer satisfaction for every project of tray
manufacturing from time to time by giving out customer satisfaction
report to the customer and achieving on the scale of 1 to 2 out of 5 for
every aspect.

2) To achieve less than 5% rejection rate for every project in tray

manufacturing and 2% rejection rate every month for random packing in
house by improving the maintenance of machine and operation skills of
operator and worker

3) To make sure there is zero non-conferment raw materials that are being
stored in house by doing and carrying out corrective action on any raw
materials that are being non-conferment and hold.

4) To meet or exceed customer delivery expectations more than 95% of the

orders by having a proper project and production planning before the
project starts and throughout the project.

5) To make sure there is no findings or at most of only 1 major non-

conformance or 2 minor nonconformance findings on surveillance or
recertification audits in order to maintain the ISO 9001:2015 Standard
requirements
 6) To prepare more than 15 Kaizen for the continuous improvement that will
be carried out inside the factory and root cause analysis for the entire
defect involved in manufacturing and production.

7) To make sure all the workers are given training of more than 6 hour per
year for each worker involve operation skills, soft skills and
communication skills.

8) To make sure every supplier or vendor engaged has been evaluate and
qualify and achieve more than 70% of the total marks of the evaluation
