Safety Objectives for Year 2019

1) To make sure the incident reported involving both major and minor incident
happen in our factory is less than 3 per month

2) To achieve the target of having at least 2 months free of accident or incident

per year

3) To make sure to achieve customer satisfaction of more than 95% regarding

the safety concern around the factory by giving out customer satisfaction
form.

4) To carry out the safety briefing report for all the customers and visitors of
and safety meeting report for all the workers every week.
