impacting instructors' practices. Developing technological skill will be helpful in
the teaching and learning process. This will help the students and the teacher to

Educational technology is rapidly growing a lot of new things have comes in the
educational process. From traditional teaching moving up we are now
embracing the use of technology in teaching and learning. Especially this time
of pandemic, where the most of our works was being process though the use of
technology to be connected with others and to continue our jobs. The teachers
and students have to adjust in our new situation. The process of teaching and
learning are done through online to continue the learning of the students.
Where the teacher has to find an effective way to meet the needs of the
students. This webinar is really helpful and gave me additional skills that could
be use in the field of teaching. Transforming learning resources into interactive

IV. IMPLICATION
