Citizen of No.2/7 of 45 Road First Avenue, Gwarinpa Abuja. Do solemnly
and sincerely declare as follows:

1. That am the above named person and the Deponent to the affidavit.
2. That, I am the Civil Engineer of AIBEN INVESTMENT & PROPERTY
LIMITED, Developer to Plot 7 CO1 Karmo District.
3. We undertake to take responsibility during and after construction of
the site building of plot 7.
4. That the general public and the authorities concern should take note.
5. That the affidavit is required for record and other reference purpose.
6. That I swear to this affidavit in good faith believing same to be true
and in accordance with the Oaths Act 1990.
