It is my pleasure to write this letter of recommendation on behalf of Tessa Pryor. I have known Tessa for fourteen months
in a professional capacity as an educator. It is with great enthusiasm and confidence that I recommend Tessa Pryor for a
site administration position. Ms. Pryor is a science teacher that is both inspirational and innovative. Members of our
learning community admire her leadership abilities and her commitment to having an impact on the lives of our students.

Tessa is an amazing asset to our science department. Both staff and students love working with her. She brings an
amazing disposition to the classroom and campus. Tessa is extremely organized and pays close attention to details and
deadlines. Tessa’s organizational skills are exemplified each time she plans lessons and works with students. Tessa is an
active collaborator with teachers within the science department, cross curricular and district. She has demonstrated the
ability to work cooperatively with large and diverse student groups, departments, families; always moving forward in the
best interest of the students. Because Tessa is extremely personable, she can work with all stakeholders; parents,
community, staff and students. In her first two years of teaching at FHS Tessa is highly respected by her colleagues and
students. Tessa is a natural leader and has taken on key roles such as the FSUTA site representative for the staff bilateral
training. She also assisted this summer as an administrator helping on her own time to observe and gain some knowledge
about administration on a school campus.

Tessa has consistently demonstrated her expansive knowledge of best practices for maximizing opportunities for success.
She is highly effective in building relationships. Learning community members seek to have regular interactions with her.
She cultivates respectful relationships with learning community members and holds herself to a high professional standard
that inspires those around her. Moreover, Pryor knows how to relate to diverse groups and seeks to engage even the most
challenging staff and students in dialogue. Her knowledge of human nature and institutional systems help her relate well
to members within our learning community.

Tessa Pryor is an excellent candidate for a site administration position. She has all of the attributes that make an
exceptional leader. It is without hesitation that I highly recommend Tessa Pryor. If you have any further questions
