(II) State and prove Poynting theorem. Give its physical significance. (6 M)

(III) A plane polarized monochromatic electro-magnetic radiation of intensity100 W m ,
in air, is incident normally on a glass (Refractive Index = 1.5). Find the amplitude of
electric field associated with; (i) the transmitted radiation, & (ii) the reflected radiation.
(Assume the magnetic permeability values of air and glass to be same). (6 M)
