SAFETY PRECAUTIONS WIRING & CONNECTIONS
1.Watching TV or other visual entertainment programs while driving is prohibited in some
states and countries. For personal safety and the safety of others, please do not watch or
operate the product while driving. Check local law enforcement agencies for usage
regulations.

2.The monitor is designed for use in 12V negative ground system; please do not install
the unit directly on a 24V bus and truck. Attempt to do so can cause damage to the unit.

3.Install only to conform to Local, State and Federal motor vehicle laws.

4.Do not disassemble or alter the unit in any way. .Any attempt to do so can cause damage
to the unit and invalidate the warranty.

5.Never clean the surface of the screen with a chemical solvent or corrosive detergent, as
they may cause permanent damage to the TFT LCD screen. Use only a micro-fiber cloth
andcleaner designed specifically for LCD panels.

6.Avoid installing the unit where it is in direct sunlight or near a heater vent. Please note
that the normal working temperature of the unit is between 0℃ to 45℃. If the internal
temperature of the vehicle is extremely high, a short cool down period is necessary
before operating the unit.

7.In extremely cold conditions, allow the interior of the vehicle to warm to a comfortable
temperature before turning on the monitor.

8.In extremely cold temperature, the movement of the picture may be slow and the picture
may be dark. It is not a malfunction. The unit will work normally once it reaches its operating
temperature.

9.please make sure the disk diameter is of 12 cm when plays, non-standard disk( like
diameter is 8 cm) or low quality disk will destroy the Optic of the units thereafter shorten
the life of the unit.

10.Due to different car specifications, please kindly ensure that the display is suitably
located and non-obstructive to the driver's needs in any way.

11.Use only the supplied screws and hardware for mounting.

12.Kindly refer to a local authorized dealer if any questions arise.

FRONT CANEL AND CONTROLLER DESCRIPTION
1.POWER/ :Press to turn on/off the unit.

2.EJECT/ : Press once to eject the disc.

3.VOLUME: Turn clockwise/anticlockwise to adjust the volume up/down.

4.Left round button: turn clockwise/anticlockwise to adjust the volume up/down; press to
go to sound effect set up.

5.Smart Dial/ENT : turn clockwise / anticlockwise to select the item up/down; press to
.
switch between Pause/Play.

6.Mode: press to switch between the working mode.

7.Band: In Radio mode, press this button to switch among FM1/FM2/FM3/AM1/AM2.

8.Mute: Press to mute the volume; press and hold for more thank 3 second, switch off
the LCD screen.

9.SEEK-/ : Press this button to go back to last chapter/track when in DVD/CD mode.
Press to decrease turning frequency in Radio mode.

10.SEEK/+ : In DVD/CD mode, press for next track/chapter. Press to increase turning
frequency in Radio mode.

11.Navi: When GPS software & hardware are available, press to switch to the Navigation
mode. Press again to return to the previous mode.
. 12.DVD: press to play disk if any disk in the loader.

13.MENU: press to back to main menu.

14.BT: press to enter BT menu.

15. RESET: Reset when the unit is hung up or malfunctioning.

16.AUX IN: Connect external video/audio signal by this connector.

17.USB Slot: Connect a USB device or USB adaptor for card reader to play video or audio.

18.SD card slot: insert SD card which contains the video or audio file, it can be played by the
unit.

19.Mic: This is the microphone for blue tooth.

20.RST:Reset button.

Notice:
The button position will be different in different models, but the function will be the same.

MAIN MENU
The Car DVD entertainment system provides Radio, Navigation (optional), DVD, AUX IN,
TV, USB, iPod (optional), Buletooth, Buletooth Music, Camera, System setup functions.
These functions can be operated by using the touch screen. While working in other modes,
pressing the button, will return to the main menu.
The function icons can be moved by touch and sliding.

REMOTE CONTROL INTRODUCTIONS FOR RADIO MENU
Press “RADIO” on the Main Menu screen to enter the radio mode.

Stereo

Mute Volume+/- Aps Radio band Browse

Mute: Press to mute the volume; press and hold for more thank 3 second, switch off
the LCD screen.
Band: in Radio mode, press this button to switch among FM1/FM2/FM3/AM1/AM2
Volume +/-: touch and adjust the volume up /down.

: Radio auto seek or manual tuning downwards button,Press it short to auto seek
radio stations downwards, it stays at the station for 10 seconds when receiving the
strong signals. Press any key to exit and stay at that station. In manual mode, press
it lightly to fine adjust and select stationsdownwards by step, while press it long to
fine adjust and select stations downwards continuously.

Press it short to auto seek radio stations upwards, it stays at the station for 10 seconds
when receiving the strong signals. Press any key to exit and stay at that station.
In manual mode, press it lightly to fine adjust and select stations downwards by step,
while press it long to fine adjust and select stations upwards continuously.

: Scan---Press to scan radio stations automatically, it stops when search finishes,


then starts playing radio.

: Browse---Press it to browse stations already scanned.

: Local- distant control buttonPress it to switch between local-distant (only radio


stations with high sensitivity can be searched after this button is turned on).

: Stereo/monophony switch button In FM band, press it to select stereo or


monophony of channel. Especially when signal is weak, monophony can help reduce
interference.

DVD MODE TROUBLE SHOOTING
In main menu, click DVD to enter into DVD play mode as below interface:

1. Mute: Press to mute the volume; press and hold for more than 3 second switch
off the LCD screen.

2. Press shortly for previous chapter, press and hold for 2 seconds to increase
reversing speed x2/4/6/8/20/Normal.

3. Press shortly for next chapter, press and hold for 2 seconds to increase
forwarding speed x 2/4/6/8/20/ Normal.

5. Picture and picture (Press it to enter the PIP mode)


Press the to enter the PIP mode. You can drag the PIP window to the specified
location as needed; at the same time, you can operate the Navigation. Double click the
PIP window or press the Navi button on the panel to go back to the previous mode.

12. :Menu. When playing disks, press it to display song list, then let the user choose the
one to play( needs the disks support this function).

13. :Press it slightly to repeat song or display the played time/remained time/close
time accordingly.

14. Subtitles switch button. When playing disks, if there are several kinds of
subtitles information in disc, touch it lightly to switch subtitles. If there is only one
kind of subtitle, it will display invalid when press this icon.

15. : Brightness. Press it to enter the menu for brightness/ contrast/
sharpness adjustment as below window.

GPS NAVIGATION (OPTIONAL) AUDIO

Turn on the unit, press [NAVI] button or touch the [GPS] mode in MAIN MENU to
activate the GPS Navigation. Click [ACCEPT] to enter into the Navigation Menu.

This function is effective only when GPS SD card is in the correct slot.

TV

Press “GPS” on the main menu to enter into navigation mode.


In case that the route of navigation is not correct or GPS map card doesn't exist,

6.SRS operation: 1.Pairing with the Mobile phone:

phone to keep privacy. The caller ID number will be displayed on the screen.

5.BT music play:

6.Bluetooth Wake Up:

Our system supports wake up function. If there is an incoming call as long as the unit is
still connected, the system will activate the Bluetooth function automatically to
choose Receive or Reject even if the machine is power off.

Note: Please understand, due to the variants of pre-installed Bluetooth modules and
software in each mobile handset, compatibility issues may result in partial or complete
incompatibility.

Press the icon “PHONEBOOK” in the BT menu to enter phonebook operation interface.

7.BT phonebook 2.GPS monitor:

Press the icon “PHONEBOOK” in the BT menu to enter phonebook operation Click “GPS Monitor”icon in the main menu to enter into the following interface:

Click the AUX icon in the main menu to enter the AUX IN mode. AUX function can play the
files in external equipments like camera, mp3, external GPS box etc. The pictures

3.Touch screen calibration:


Click here to calibrate the touch screen when touch is not smoothly carried in. please
click the “+” on the screen and follow until it comes out “ok” , click and finish
calibration.

In AUX mode, user can click on the top-left corner on the screen to go back to the
system menu.

PIP IN AUX MODE

Click PIP icon to enter the PIP mode; the PIP window can be dragged to any position on
the screen; while user can carry out the operation in the navigation control panel. By
double clicking the PIP icon, or clicking the “NAVI” button on the key panel, it will
exit the PIP mode and go back to the previous mode.

SD/USB
1.Steering wheel setup
SD card can support MP3, WMA, JPEG, and MPEG file format, Copy files into SD Card
Click Steering in the setup menu to enter into the following interface for setup: and insert SD card into the unit. The files will be read automatically. The Play of Music
files is similar with the one of MP3; the video is similar with the play of VCD, DVD.

Note: 1, to let life of SD card to be longer, we suggest you take off the SD card when it is
not working.2; SD card in the main menu is N/A when there is no SD card..

Click the MUSIC icon in the main menu to enter the music play mode.

The way how to set up the steering wheel control:

There are different control buttons on the steering wheel panel in different Auto models.

For example, there are 3 buttons (V+,V-,Mode)on the steering wheel. Press and

hold the button (Say V+) on the steering wheel first by one hand, at the same time,

the other hand touch the (V+) icon on the screen, until the icon change to Red, it

proves the button V+ set successfully. User can follow the same procedure to set the

other buttons. After all buttons are set, then click the “SAVE” icon on the screen,

Then exit the Steering wheel control setting menu and finish the setting.

Click the FILM icon in the main menu to enter the movie play mode.

SYSTEM SETUP REAR VIEW CAMERA
In the main menu, In the main menu, click CCD icon in the main menu to enter the rear view mode.
When the rear view camera is connected with the unit, rear image comes out
immediately when reverse.

System setup includes: User's setup, Audio setup, sound setup, time setup, date setup,

Our system supports iPod connection for audio and video play function. After correct

automatically. And user can control the iPod playing via the touch screen on the unit.
