INTRODUCTION
The aim of this proposal is to evaluate the benefits of an advanced language course for the
employees of the international company I work for, and to give reasons why the company should
help us with the cost of the course.

GENERAL INFORMATION
It is a German course for those who have already passed the intermediate level. The duration is five
months, from May to September. There is a two hour class each Monday evening for the first two
months and in the last three months, everything happens online. The course costs only 1000$ for
each employee.

BENEFITS
If the employees will attend the course, they will be able to understand more German laws. If the
company would be able to fully help with the cost of the course, then the majority of the staff would
be proficient in German. Moreover, the company could open more offices in Germany. This would
mean, not only an exceptional increase in the company’s annual average turnover, but also an
increase in the number of staff working for the company.

CONCLUSION
Taking into account all of the above, this course is an important factor that should be taken into
account when talking about the future of the company. Besides helping the company grow on the
German market, it is also important for the staff to develop personally. Those are the resons why the
courses should be funded by the company.
