Subject: Things that can improve students’ language

INTRODUCTION
The aim of this report is to give suggestions for the school’s students to improve their
communication skills.

CURRENT SITUATION
To begin with, most of the school’s students learn German, to be more exact 7 out of 13 classes and
the rest are learning French. The classes that learn French are doing great, but the German classes
are not as proficient as their colleagues. Each class is having 3 classes a week of the studied
language.
Currently, the students that learn French are staying after classes once or twice a week for one hour
with their teacher to get to know more. They also have a simulation for their final examination at the
end of each month.

PROBLEMS
The most important problem is the fact that, sometimes, the German teacher is not able to come to
school, for no reason. The students have to suffer because of this. Another thing that is a problem
for the students are the Blitz tests the teacher gives. The most important thing that must be taken
into account is the screaming that she does, sometimes for no reason towards students.

SUGGESTIONS
Furthermore, the German teacher should have retired long time ago, as a result of her age, but she
keeps coming to school. A new German teacher would be a brilliant idea for the school. The new one
could follow the ideas of the French teacher, resulting an increase in the grades.

CONCLUSION
Taking all this in consideration, the classes that study German will not change their grades until their
teacher changes.
