 Project Objectives
• To architect an unified Blockchain technology stack for rapid, end-to-end,
secure, scalable and interoperable Blockchain based application
development and deployment, for large scale adoption
• Demonstrate the evolved Unified Blockchain Framework and Applications
on distributed infrastructure
• Blockchain as a Service (BaaS) Infrastructure
• Blockchain Sandbox that provides a Test bed for developing solutions
before deploying
• Accelerating adoption of Blockchain in Government
• Organizing Capacity building programs and collaborating with startups
 Project Deliverables
• Technology Stack to enable Blockchain based application development and
deployment, for large scale adoption of Blockchain Technology.

• Unified Blockchain Framework consisting of following components:

– Rapid end-to-end application development

– Consensus algorithms and Concurrent execution of smart contracts addressing the

performance and scalability concerns

– Interoperability protocol across divergent platforms

– Security and Privacy for Blockchain Application and core layers of unified framework

– Indigenous Certifying Authority (CA) and Software Security Module (SSM)

– Security audit, assessment guidelines and framework

• Blockchain applications harnessing the benefits of Unified Blockchain

• Setting up the Blockchain Sandbox test bed
