Job Purpose  Partner with various stakeholders to ensure adherence to allocated Head Count and timely
recruitment closure.
 Critically evaluate external talent to ensure right hire – cultural evaluation and potential
evaluation
 Align business objectives with employees and management – act as a strategic business partner.
 Manage end to end HR initiatives to ensure high engagement levels & partnering with business
leadership to implement HR strategy.

Educational Qualifications MBA – Human Resources

Experience 0 to 4 yrs

Responsibilities)  Support in competency-based interviews for quality recruitment
 Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure all pre-joining formalities are effectively completed
 Drive the departmental on boarding once the candidate joins
 Be the bridge between the Business Unit and Human Capital team for key people processes
 Mediate and resolve people related issues
 Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and
increase productivity and retention
 Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession
planning
 Facilitate succession planning for critical roles within the unit – maintain a database of potential
successors from cross-BU or cross-Functional areas
 Drive and manage promotion / rotation process as part of the larger organization process
 Maintain IDP updates / records for key potential employees
 Facilitate employee development review meetings
 Facilitate cascading of goals within the BU, ensuring quality / SMART KRAs
 Support and guide first time managers and new joinees in setting effective KRAs
 Document and manage employee Performance Improvement Plans, where necessary
 Facilitate employee performance rating moderation process to ensure consistency of process
 Drive people processes within the unit towards on-time and effective completion Strong succession
pipeline for N-1/2 leadership positions
Other Responsibilities  Prepare monthly HC analytics – attrition and recruitment trends, diversity analysis, performance
distribution analysis etc
 Strong partnership with HR specialist teams
 Facilitate and guide senior management on people orientation e.g. employee development and
feedback, retention methods etc.
 Support Talent development by focusing on Organizational capability, Individual needs and core
competence
Technical Competencies  Ability to work in a matrix organization structure
 Competency based interviewing skills
 Knowledge of people process – Performance Management, Competency Development, Recruitment
etc
 Develop and deploy the competency framework for creating a future ready workforce
Knowledge and Skills  Orientation on various HR technology platforms, Digitalization
 Act as a builder, creating reports and dashboards that match to customer requirements
 Excellent communication skills
 Collaborative and good team player
 Strong business acumen
