Step One: 0st (Pickup Measure) to 16th measure inclusive (measure numbers are shown in figures in the boxes).
Step Two: transition to the 9st measure and from the 9st measure to the 14nd measure inclusive.
Step Three: transition to the 17st measure and from the 17st measure to the 38nd measure inclusive.
Step Four: transition to the 35st measure and from the 35st measure to the 48nd measure inclusive.
Step Five: transition to the 1th measure and from the 1th measure to the 14nd measure inclusive.
