KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

CME YAKJIN INTERTEX

▪ 100% invest, install, operate and maintain the solar system
during contract period
▪ Carry out all licensing related procedures (grid connection,
firefighting)
▪ Purchase insurance for solar system
▪ Provide bank guarantee for execution of maximum 12 weeks
▪ Obligated for any issues caused by solar system during
contract period
▪ No impact on daily operation of factories/warehouses
▪ Provide sufficient information / document (technical and legal)
▪ Hand over the roof to CME in 10 days after signing contract
▪ Provide payment guarantee up to 80% of total electricity bill
from solar system annually, in 5 years
▪ Work with the bank to accept the solar system
▪ Sign 3 party agreement with CME and its bank to confirm the
ownership of solar system
▪ No impact on solar system operation
