COMPLAINT AFFIDAVIT

I, MYLENE BACAYANA Y OBRIQUE, Filipino female, married 56 years old born

on August 20,1984 native of Brgy cedro Baleta Aklan with contact no. 0947384747 after having
been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:

That on cr About 10:55 o clock in the evening of November 27, 2020 Raynaldo Emperdo
Security Manager of ZYPRIME security agency That we hired to take post to our propertly
located at So Bantud Brgy Manoc- Manoc Boracay, Malay, Aklan. Designated as Lot Number
144.A 2.

During that time he called and told me the there were more or less 60 fully armed man
who look over our lot properly and he told me that they were out numbered and shall leave the
lot property and cmae to police station to make a report and told me to file case against Liza
Sualog and Claudene Eatuya for grave coercion Because they were among those who forcibly
enter the property.

Thereafter upon knowing what had happened I, directly called my sister Atty Melanie
Obrique Guevarra and Stated her what had happened after Raynaldo Emperdo had called

That after I, contacted my sister Atty Melanie Obrique Guevarra she contracted to the
Malay Police Station and asked for police assistance

That early in the morning of November 28 , 2020 Dextero Obrique,____ Saulog, Benito
Saulog , Claro Sualog, Jojo Prado and Robert Obrique came Boracay Island to seek for police

And l Also came affterward, to helped protect our property to those who look over it

That Police officers responded and arrested those suspects however, some of them
managed to escaped.

That during the course of investigation I, positively identified those supects as

LEONILO MURRIERA Y. ESCANIER, Filipino, male , married 52 years old born on Oct 9,
1958 native of Brgy Panayakan, Tanghalan , Aklan RAYMOND MAGSAEL Y. ARAGO,
Filipino male single, 36 years old born on Nov 10, 1985, nativeo Brg. Panayakan. Tanghalan,
Aklan and HAROLD CALERIO Y. RELUCIO, Filipino, male single 34 years old born on
August2, 1986, native of Cagban Bobon Manocmanoc, Boracay, Malay Aklan CHITO
JONGAY Y TENORIO,
Filipino, male, single, 43 years old , born on Oct 4, 1977 native of Brgy Panayakan , Tanghalan,
Aklan and JOHN LEE TABERNILLA Y MASULA, Filipino, male, single 35 years old, born
on june 1, 1982 native of Brgy Panayakan, Tanghalan

That anything not mentioned in this affidavit shall be narrated during the proper court trial
