How to Apply Online

What you need and instructions for applying online?

 A Valid E-mail Address
 Mobile No.
 Scanned Passport Size Photograph in .JPG or .GIF format for registration purposes.
 For making payment online, Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Netbanking Account details must be ready.

Registration

How to fill the application form online:

 On the login page, click on the Register Now to Apply online.

 Fill the registration form and obtain username and password. Please note, that we strongly advise you
to enter your mobile number to receive acknowledgment by SMS.
 After confirming registration details, please upload your photograph and/or click on continue to proceed
to the application locker.

Application Locker
 The application locker comprises of the following:
o Pending Application - This will show application which is unpaid applications
o Application Submitted - Once the payment is made for application, it will be visible under the
application submitted area. This will also contain the Acknowledgment Slip and at a later
stage, Admit Card will be made available in this area only.
 Click on Apply now to BBS, BFIA and BBE.
 Please read the important instructions pertaining to the examination, and click on Fill the Form.
 You must choose at least one course on the form.
 Ensure that you choose the correct category. The following reserved categories are recognized:
o Other Backward Classes (OBC)
o Scheduled Caste (SC)
o Scheduled Tribes (ST)
o Children/ Widow/ Wives of the officers and men of the armed forces, including paramilitary
personnel, killed / died / disabled in action or on duty (CW)
o Physically Challenged (PC) - Please note that Physically Challenged student assistance will be
provided by university on request.
 The appearing students are expected to enter their marks on the application form latest by 14th June
2011. (Mathematics, English, and any other best two marks of subjects from the list given in the
Eligibility Conditions).

Payment
After clicking on Save & Make payment, check the box next to the Application form in Pending Applications Area
and click on Make Payment.

 Choose from the following Payment Methods:

o Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking
o Cash Deposit at Axis Bank - Facility of depositing cash at over 190 select Axis Bank branches
is available. The student will be required to walk at Axis Bank branch with the pre-filled Deposit
Slip from the system.
o Cash Deposit at Post Office - Facility of depositing cash at all Post Offices which accept
Electronic Payments through Computerised Banking System(CBS) is available. The student
will be required to walk-in at listed Post Office Branches with Pre-filled Deposit Slip from the
online system.
o ITZ Cash Card - Students can also pay using ITZ Cash Card which is available at various retail
outlets. Click here to view your nearest outlets.
o Demand Draft - Please quote your Name, E-mail address and mobile no. along with the course
 you wish to apply to at the back of the Demand Draft made in favour of "Cyberica Net
Technologies Pvt. Ltd." Payable at New Delhi and must be sent to:

 After payment has been received, you will receive SMS/ E-mail confirming payment after which student
will view & print acknowledgment slip in the application locker under the Applications submitted area.
 Candidates who do not fill in their Class XII marks by 14 June, 2011 will not be considered for
admission to any course.
