Harmful Chemicals

We are exposed to chemicals in our life every day. There is no one day go without using
chemicals we use it, or it happen on us in our body like when sleeping, eating, and moving.
There are harmless chemicals and harmful chemicals. Harmful chemicals mean a solid,
liquid, or gas that through its chemical or physical properties, along or in combination with
one or more other chemical substances, can be used to cause death, injury or disease in
humans, animals, or plants. I will talk about harmful chemical types of it and explain each
type. I will give a detailed explanation about, chemicals of major public health concern, the
most dangerous gas in the world, harmful chemicals in: daily life, beauty products, water,
skin care products and soil. Hazardous drugs. The most dangerous chemicals cause death.
What are poisons in chemistry and poisonous chemicals in the home? Your steps to chemical
safety.

1- Chemicals of major public health concern:

What are chemicals of major public health concern? The World Health Organisation has
identified group of 10 chemicals of major public health and each of them has provided risk
management, but I will give 5.
 Air pollution: Is a mixture of solid particles and gases in the air. Affects of air
pollution is industries, vehicle emission, household and farming chemicals,
smoking and sometimes deforestation.
 Arsenic: Arsenic is a chemical element with the symbol As. Arsenic occurs in
many minerals, usually in combination with Sulfur and metals, but also as a pure
elemental crystal.
  Asbestos: Is a naturally occurring fibrous silicate mineral. Asbestos causes
diseases like lung cancer, ovarian cancer, and laryngeal cancer. It was banded
byThe Clean Air Act of 1970 classified asbestos as a hazardous air pollutant and
gave the EPA the power to regulate the use and disposal of asbestos.
 Benzene: Is a chemical that is a colorless or light yellow liquid at room
temperature. It has a sweet odor and is highly flammable. Benzene evaporates into
the air very quickly. Its vapor is heavier than air and may sink into low-lying
areas. Benzene dissolves only slightly in water and will float on top of water.
 Cadmium: Is a chemical element with the symbol Cd. It is usually found as a
mineral combined with other elements such as oxygen, chlorine, or Sulfur. Most
soil and rocks, including coal and mineral fertilizers, contain some cadmium. It is
used in many products like batteries, pigment, plastic, metal coating and cigarette
smoke.

2- The most dangerous gas in the world:

They’re very dangerous gases in the world but most dangerous gas is Carbon monoxide
(CO). CO is believed to be one of the most common toxic gases on the world. Is an odorless,
colourless gas that can kill you. It effects that
