Importance of Physical Education

Physical Education is important utmost important especially because it forms a base for higher
growth and proper .And also it aims to develop students physical competence and knowledge
of movements and safety ,and their ability to use these to perform in a wide range of activities
associated with the development of an active and healthy lifestyle.

Having a Physical Education in school effects young adolescents mentally. It is


important for student to participate in a physical education in class because it builds a
foundation for participation in activities in our life. If the physical education teacher ,teaches
age appropriate development skills the student is able to perform at his best. A lot of these
skills lend themselves to a student being able to perform their talent or skills to the classroom.

Nevertheless, Physical Education is important for us. Since we need to motivates to


take up sports as a profession of our life; and a great source for our societies needs to be more
proper.

I decided to become a P.E Teacher because I want to encourage


student and shared my knowledge about physical fit. As it is a accompanied
with my affection with being involved with different recreational activities it
really fired-up my willingness to pursue this field. And also I do believe that I
want to pursue or to come up myself to be a professional someday, because I
am a person who loves to engage myself in sports , even if it's hard but I will
still fighting in this kind of situation because I love my sport. And also it is
important because it can help to us to be physically fit, so that being a
physical education teacher can help to student to make a important decisions
in life.
My qualities to become an effective P.E Teacher ,my goal of being a
educator is to provide every student with a highly qualified teacher who is
confident ,passionate ,creative of their student.
