If you are a member of a certain group or institution and you have concern or complaint what will you

handle it and what will be your course of action

To handle the situation, I first carefully to listen for what customer’s ss and let them vent for a few
minutes if necessary. Always show an empathy to the customer and be thankful for what complaining
because if will reflect to your companies or mall, we all know that the slogan “the customer is always
right”. And this always seen in many companies or malls. However, many people don’t understand it or
misunderstanding it because the true meaning of slogan. “The customer is always right” is not to judge
the rights and wrong of the matter. It means that the companies always do their utmost best to create a
good services or environment for the customers to make them enjoy a good quality of services.
