The graphs illustrate the computer proprietorship

by the population and educational level between

2002 and 2010.
Overall, it is apparently shown that there was a vast majority of citizens who owned
computers through years. Meanwhile, the higher level of education the more
computers were used.
It is clearly seen that even in 2002, the number of computers used was the least
among years, such as massive percentage of users was accounted with over a half of
the population. The computer ownership ended up with approximately 80% of users in
2010, which ranked the first place.
Besides, comparing to 2010, the computer proprietorship by educational system in
2002 was lower with only 20% of no high school diploma while in 2010, it was made
up by nearly 50%, followed by high school graduate, college and bachelor’s degree
group . Such an upward trend could be witnessed in the level of education. The
highest ratio of users belonged to postgraduate qualification group with nearly 80%
users in 2002 and over 90% in 2010.
