Subject: Proposal for Brazilian Portuguese Language Training

Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I am writing with regards to your inquiry about the Brazilian Portuguese language and we are pleased to
forward this proposal for Brazilian Portuguese training to one of your Navy personnel. Please take a note of
the following terms and conditions:
1) The training will be provided on virtual platform.
2) The primary medium of instruction will be English/Hindi.
3) The training will be covering up four parameters i.e. listening, reading, speaking, and writing.
4) The training would be conducted for 2 hours a day for 5 days in a week for 6 months.
5) This is the elementary to advance level course (A1-C1) after which the outcome will be that the
learner is capable of introducing himself, greet others in the respective language. At this level you
can expect to understand more of what people say. The learner will be able to carry out the real-
life conversations. The learner will be able to understand and have a conversation with the natives.
6) The study material will be provided to the learners by Langma.
7) The trainer for the training would be Non- Native/ Native as per the availability.
8) The slots are available in the morning, afternoon and/or evening depending on the learner’s
convenience. Once decided, the timings shall remain intact.
9) If a class is to be cancelled or postponed on any day, a prior notice of one day shall be provided.
10) This quotation will be valid till 1 month. After that period a new quotation has to be made again.
11) After the completion of the course, you will get the certificate as well from Langma.
