Beatrice Luigi Gomez Miss Universe 2021 Top 5 Finish

Beatrice Luigi Gomez was born on February 23, 1995, in San Fernando, Cebu, the Philippines. She was
raised by her mom. She studied at the University of San Jose-Recoletos with a degree in mass
communication.

Before Beatrice represented our country (Philippines) in Prestigious Pageant which is Miss Universe, she
just joined first in Miss Universe Philippines 2021 happened last September 30,2021 at Henann Resort
Convention Center in Alona Beach, Panglao, Bohol, Philippines. wherein she represent her province in
Cebu City and competed with several girls. Beatrice Luigi Gomez was considered as a dark horse in the
competition, She was quiet but strong as other girls be. She was quiet with a strong personality that
brought her into the competition to shine until the finals night that would make her win the crown as
the winner of Miss Universe Philippines 2021.

After 3 months of preparation, Bea was so confident and well prepared to compete with beautiful ladies
around the world. Bea would excel and improve very well with her personality. She was ready to go to
Miss Universe with pride and very confident to bring back home the 5th crown of the Philippines from
Miss Universe.

Miss Universe happened on the 13th Day of December 2021 held at Dome in Eilat, Israel. All the
candidates during that night were so fabulous wearing their sash to represent their country. All girls are
so amazing and beautiful. Our candidates Beatrice Luigi Gomez entered the Top 16. All of these ladies
ramped their swimsuit attire and she wore a red swimsuit, she entered as well to the Top 10 wherein
she ramped her beautiful gold gown made by Filipino fashion designer Francis Libiran. She was so
stunning with that gown that brought her on top which is Final 5. The question and answer started, All
the final 5 candidates picked a judge to ask a question to them. Beatrice was the last one who was called
to answer the question and she picked judge Iris Mittenaere former Miss Universe year 2016 who asked
her about mandating a universal vaccination passport. " I believe that public health is everyone's
responsibility and to mandate vaccine inoculation is necessary. If mandating a vaccine passport will help
us in regulating the roll-outs of vaccines and mitigate the situation of the pandemic today, then I would
agree on mandating the necessary passport on vaccinations." She answered. She was so confident and
know to herself that she gave her best that night. She finished her fight in Miss Universe as Top 5
finalist.
