Dear Dr. Reiner Fuellmich

SARS – CoV2 Virus isolation matter, Western Cape High Court, in the
Republic of South Africa

I would like to congratulate you and your team for your brave and tireless
efforts, on behalf of the entire humanity, please be assured of my personal
full support.

On the 26th Feb 2021, we approached the Constitutional Court of the RSA
(Republic of South Africa) to request them to grant us direct access to the
Court to compel the government to provide a purified and isolated SARS –
CoV2 Virus to be observed and confirmed by the court and our specialists.
Unfortunately, our request for direct access was declined by the
Constitutional Court.

We therefore approached the Western Cape High Court with an urgent request
to grant us the order. The urgent case was set for the 20/04/2021. On the
20/04/2021, the attorney representing the Government requested for a
postponement. Both attorneys agreed on the postponement to the 27 May
2021.

The reason put forward for the postponement was that the government
respondents were not in position to assist with our request and rather asked
that the Ministry of Health should join the case and convince the recently
resigned expert Prof Salim Abdool Karim (the country's former head of the
ministerial advisory committee on Covid-19) to assist or any other health
expert.
We are of the view that the Virus isolation is at the heart of the matter. If the
government is unable to produce observable proof of the Virus isolation, it will
have no legal or reasonable basis to proceed with the declared disaster, the
Lockdown and vaccine roll-out. Such a failure would also expose the
government and all those associated with these declarations and measures to
criminal liability which we intend to pursue.

The government and those associated with this global Pandemic have vast
resources and wide intricate networks of co-operation and co-ordination. Our
fight is critical and of global importance. If we don’t have sufficient resources
and support, we might not prevail.

I urge all those who are like minded to join our fight and put shoulder to the
wheel so that we can together move the world away from tyranny and injustice
to freedom and justice.

I hereby wish to also, extend a hand of friendship and co-operation.

Yours truly
