    The patient presented with a slow growing painful mass on the right lower leg. Physical examination revealed a large subcutaneous firm mass on the posterior aspect of the right lower leg. Imaging showed an expansile osteolytic lesion involving the distal tibia and fibula. The patient underwent surgical excision of the mass. Histopathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of plasmacytoma of the bone.
