Los Pollos Hermanos

Los Pollos Hermanos is a restaurant based in Delhi, India. They have been providing excellent
quality Mexican cuisine for the past six years. Mr. White, the proprietor, has recently noticed
changes in the demand structure. Rather than going to a restaurant, many prefer to buy meals online
and have them delivered to their homes. Mr. White, inspired by the growth, quickly realized how
the online food delivery segment reduces consumer travel time and delivers delicacies to their
doorsteps. Mr. White was eager to seize these opportunities and started providing delivery
services. Mr. White analyzed the data from online food deliveries over the previous month.

Los Pollos Hermanos has hired you as a business analyst to suggest suitable advertising strategies
for different customer segments based on their past purchase history. Also, Mr. White is looking
for more insights and recommendations to improve their business efficiency.

Note: The data set has a column namely “Superorder.” Superorder is a feature that can be used by
customers for any order, which would prioritize their order and deliver faster to them. The dataset
has the data of the previous 1 month.

Submit the following documents on the D2C platform: -

 A PowerPoint presentation, a maximum of 10 slides (excluding the introduction and ending


slide) which briefs the following:
o Insights gained via exploratory data analysis
o Make assumptions wherever necessary and state them clearly
o Reasoning/logic for approach & method selected
o Results Obtained from modeling/Analysis
o A summary slide with recommendations
o If any prediction model is used, kindly add the performance of the model
 You should also submit the code file is used to support the results (Python/R etc.)
 Feel free to use any analytical tools necessary to synthesize your data and arrive at your
result
The submission would be judged on the following parameters: -

 Data transformation techniques used to create relevant features in the data


 The novelty of the algorithm used for analysis.
 Visualization for extracting descriptive insights from the data
 Relevance and quality of insights
 Application of Business acumen
 Presentation style
 We would also appreciate creative and out of the box methods
 You are free to make assumptions but state the same in the presentation
 Submission Format: You are expected to create a compressed folder in zip format to make
your submission on D2C.
 File Naming Convention:- TeamName_InstituteName (Ex Game Changers_XYZCollege).

Delivery Region The city in which the order is delivered
