Mental health

Mental health is something we all have .its an essential part of all of us which
include our thinking and feelings .moreover it controls our body function in
different ways .there are many examples that effect on our mental health like
stress and depression .In addition the mental illnesses can shorten our life
So if if we didn’t care about our mental health it can affect badly in our
personalities
Good mental health is not about having no mental health problems its about
feeling goods about our selves and having the ability to deal with difficult
problems we face it. finally we should take care about our mental health by
interact with people, train your brain, learn new skills, do something for
others, laugh, learn to mange stress and focus on the positives
