Required Skills / Abilities
 Hiring staff and negotiating employment agreements.
 Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
 Motivating and supporting current staff.
 Designing and directing training programs.
 Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business
strategy
 Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
 Managing the recruitment and selection process
 Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation
and preservation of human capital
 Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

Education and Experience


 Graduate/PG in HR
 Work experience of 10+ years (Talent Acquisition mandatory)
 Ability to manage senior management stakeholders
 Excellent people management skills
 Analytical and framework thinking
 Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
