Centricity Cardiology CV Web: Find a Patient Report

Find a Patient Report

1. Select one or more servers from the list of servers. A maximum of five
servers can be queried at any one time.
127(
If server name appears grayed out with a line through the name,
it is unavailable. Contact your system administrator if you wish
to query an unavailable server.
2. Enter the information for the patient you want to review and click
the Search button. You can enter either a patient ID or name.
u To query by patient ID simply enter the patient’s ID number and
click Search. (Patient ID on the Image Vault are case sensitive.)
u To query by patient name enter the patient’s last name in the
appropriate field and click the Search button.
u If you are unsure of the spelling of the patient’s name, enter
either a full or partial last name and click the Search button. For
example, if you are searching for a patient whose last name
begins with “S”, enter just the letter “S” in the Patient Last Name
field. If you are searching for a patient name that starts with
“Sm”, enter the letters “Sm” in the Patient Last Name field.
u If you do not enter any patient information, a list of all patients
on the server(s) you selected will appear.
If you queried by patient name, the browser window displays the
Patient List. Go to “Patient List window” on page 5.

If you queried by a patient ID which uniquely identifies a single

patient, the browser displays the Test List for that patient. Go to
“Test List Window” on page 6.

127(
If you queried by a patient ID which does not uniquely belong to
a single patient (i.e. you have queried multiple servers which
have assigned the same ID to different patients) the Patient List
window is displayed. All the patients which have the patient ID
are listed with the following message at the top of the window:

*** Patient ID conflict detected between selected search locations.

Please select the correct patient. ***

Go to “Patient List window” on page 5.

If this patient ID conflict message appears, please notify the

system owners of the conflict.
