Corporation Act, 1959.

As per the survey reported by officials of development authority, it has been verified that and
unauthorised construction is being raised by you are not according to the limits of Master Plan,
by way of construction of ground+3 floor in violation of the provisions of Section 438 along
with Section 541, 548 and 549 and other provisions of Uttar Pradesh Municipal Corporation
Act, 1959.

Hence, you are hereby ordered to immediately stop the unauthorised construction and to
appear in Nagar Nigam office, Bareilly on 28/10/2021 before 1:00 pm to show legal documents
of permission or cause of unauthorised construction as mentioned. To restore the site to its
original state or to bring it in conformity with the land use and applicable provisions of the Act,
and the rules framed under the act, demolition for unauthorised construction is been issued.

In case of any objection or clarification you are directed to submit the authenticated copies of
the following documents in the support of your contention.

I. Land ownership documents of the said property under reference.


II. Sanctioned building plan.
III. Permission of conversion of illegal sub-division or any other relevant document.
IV. Receipt of any fee paid to the authority with regard to sanctioned building plan.

In the interest of justice equity, this opportunity of personal hearing is being given to you.
However, if you do not appear to show the cause notice received on or before date of hearing,
then it shall be presumed that you do not want to defend your part and order for demolition
shall be passed in due course and the undersigned shall take necessary actions for the
demolition.

inspection of unauthorised construction on the complaint of Secretary of society Mr. Rahul
Kumar for the site of Mr. Saurabh Singh, plot no. x, ward-10, old city, Bareilly. Kindly survey
and examine the actual situation with site details and relevant documents before 27/10/2021.

Orders shall be notes from officials for compliance.
