HR Department Corporate Office, Gurgaon No. PERS/02-01/2014 Dt. 21.01.2022 Sub:- Registration for capturing Biometric Attendance of Staff Vide this office letter of even No. Dt. 23.12.2021 and 29.12.2021, employees of ROC-1, Gurgaon have been advised to register their name in the Biometric system at Dining area, basement | at ROC-1. Schedule for registration in Biometric system was also notified vide the letter dt. 23.12.2021. However, it is seen that many of the employees are yet to register their names in the Biometric system. All the employees working in ROC-I, Gurgaon (including employees engaged on contract basis and through Man Power Agency) are advised to register themselves in the Biometric system without any further delay. Timing for the registration: 10.00 to 12.00 noon from 24.01.2021 to 28.01.2021 (except 26" January) at Dining area, Basement | of ROC-| Date of effect of capturing attendance through Biometric system is being notified shortly. It is advised that non-capturing of attendance through biometric system from the effective date will be marked as absent.
