Clothes Vocabulary
Aim: To introduce pupil on clothes vocabulary.
Materials: Clothes flashcards and tic tac.
Pupils are asked to repeat after the teacher on the
clothes vocabulary when she introduces the
clothes using flashcards.
Pupils repeat the activity twice.
Flashcards are then stick to the whiteboard.

Pupils are asked to turn to page 82 of the
Student’s Book.
Pupils are asked what they see in the picture.
Pupils are asked to listen and point the clothes and
the words in their book when the teacher plays the
recording (CD3 Track 2). This is to be done twice.

Pupils are asked to repeat the chant after the
teacher.
Pupils are asked what clothes vocabulary they
see.
Pupils are asked to chant along with recording as
a class.
Flashcards are placed all around the classroom.
Pupils are asked to chant along with recording as
a class and point at the flashcards when they
come across clothes vocabulary. This is to be
done twice.
