1) What did you learn about your preferred style of working within a team?
I have learned that collaboration and communication are the main skills that help a
team to be effective and productive. Because we have been very communicative and
honest with each other we created a bond and became friends.

2) What skills did you have to utilise to ensure the tasks were completed
successfully?
I have used a mix of skills like: time management in order to finish in time my part of
work, also critical thinking helped me to pick and choose the best and most relevant
information for the presentation

3) What skills/traits did you use to work within the team, and to what extent do you
think it was a success?

Effective communication helped me to collaborate well with all the team members,
also it have observed that listening it is a strong skill when working within a team.

4) How did you/the team communicate; was it effective?

I am surprised how effective was the communication within our team and because of
that the atmosphere was very relaxed and peaceful.

5) Was there any conflict within the team, and if so, how did you resolve it?
I do appreciate that during our collaboration we didn’t experience any conflict ,
because we established from the beginning everyone’s task .
6) What might you do differently in future team-based tasks/activities?

In the future probably I will try to be more creative and confident because this lack of
confidence affect my mood sometimes and I become stressed.
